An excellent coffee with notes of coconut and a fruity acidity that reveals notes of pineapple.
DWD operates several washing and drying stations in the Sidama region. The one from which Bombe coffee is produced is located in the village of the same name, at an altitude of 1950m. This station, called Wax General Trading, offers washed, plain and anaerobically fermented coffees, all of which are processed with the greatest care.
The cherries that are prepared here are collected from various small producers in the surrounding villages.
Coffee cultivation has a long history in this region and is part of a mixed farming system that allows farmers to diversify their income and ensure the harvest of food crops.
