This coffee from the Valle de la Cauca is a unique variety from the great Colombian farm Granja La Esperanza more specifically from Las Margaritas. The farm is located over 1600m above sea level and is considered one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Colombia. Granja La Esperanza has a perfect mastery of the fermentation of coffee. This variety has also been naturally dried for 15 days in patios under controlled humidity. In the cup, we have a wonderful explosion of flavors. A perfect coffee to start with the gentle method!
